Max tire size for TRX500FE

I've got an '06 Honda TRX500FE with a 2" lift and 27" Swamp Lites, I am just wondering, am I already maxed out on tire size, or can I go bigger without issues? and a quick side question: what jet size would work best with a Powerline FMF pipe? I am trying to dial things in without wrecking anything

No no no you're already pushing it with the 27" lites, especially with a 2-inch lift. Anything bigger could rub unless you trim some plastics or something. I'm not really so sure about the jetting.

Got it, thanks for the heads-up! I'll stick with the 27s for now then, I don't wanna start chopping plastics, I am still digging into jetting though, might call FMF and see what they recommend

You can fit up to 28" tires if you add a 2" lift. For the Powerline FMF pipe, starting with a 172 main jet is a solid choice. Just make sure to tweak it based on your elevation and specific riding conditions.
